Purpose

Headway AI is a private assistant under development for its owner's receipt, document and reimbursement workflows. This information website does not provide a public account service.

Review AI output

AI can misread receipts, misunderstand requests and produce incorrect information. The owner should verify amounts, tax details, payer information and other material facts before relying on a result.

Approval of actions

Approval to save a document does not constitute approval to make a payment or reimbursement. The owner must explicitly authorise financial actions. Missing facts should be clarified before proceeding.

Google authorisation

The owner controls whether to connect the app to Google Drive and may revoke that connection. The app should request only permissions needed for the chosen functions.

Availability and costs

The setup depends on third-party providers. Their availability, limits and prices can change. AI API use can incur costs on the owner's provider accounts; this website does not sell subscriptions or collect payments.
